| How do I know my booking is confirmed? |
Once you've completed your hotel booking online, we will send you booking confirmation.
This shows your booking details of the hotel you have booked - including your arrival/departure date, price and any other inclusions and the complete address of your hotel.
We recommend that you print the itinerary and keep it for your records as you will be required to present itupon check-in to the hotel.

| Do I get charged a booking fee? |
No, the NadiRes.com service will not charge you any booking fee, but if you made any change, cancellation or no-show
normally the hotel will charge cancellation fee base on their hotel policy. Please always refer to hotel policy before making a booking

| Why can't I always make an instant booking? |
Due to high demand, our hotel suppliers can not provide us real-time availbility. This means
your booking is always on request and subject to availability. If your choosen hotel is not available we will always give you
an alternative hotels with similar services, prices and within the area you choose

| Why do you take my credit card details? |
We do need your credit card details to secure your booking with the hotel.
But, we will never charge your card as you will make payment direct to the hotel upon departure either by cash or credit card.

| If I'm not receive my booking confirmation, what should I do? |
In case you have not received booking confirmation from us, please direct your email to cs@nadires.com
or check you Spam folder to see in case our email got filltered by your software.
